American Ingenuity During these hard Times in the Automotive Industry

    One point to be noticed in all this storm or even tsunami of activity is how individual dealers and group of dealers are taking events on the chin and even taking proactive events of action and planning.

For example in the very teeth of a major recession that has forced hundreds if not many more of American as well as Canadian auto dealerships to close groups of investors headed by various groups and even what might be called “leaders” are busy consolidating , coordinating , working together in concert for marketing and buying group opportunities all for common good of both themselves , their empires and dealerships , the auto consumer and ultimately the auto industry and and domestic automotive industry as a whole.

In some cases its a matter of groups of dealers or even dealer chains banding together , in other cases its refinancign of older established dealerships that had bit the dust.   In other cases its a matter of people and business peopel with downrifht simple American ingeunity and work ethics

You have to take your hat off to them .

Contrast this to one established dealer who in conversation sometimes note “I learned to tell when the fellows at head office were lying to me .  How….” their lips were moving”.
