For example in the very teeth of a major recession that has forced hundreds if not many more of American as well as Canadian auto dealerships to close groups of investors headed by various groups and even what might be called “leaders” are busy consolidating , coordinating , working together in concert for marketing and buying group opportunities all for common good of both themselves , their empires and dealerships , the auto consumer and ultimately the auto industry and and domestic automotive industry as a whole.

In some cases its a matter of groups of dealers or even dealer chains banding together , in other cases its refinancing of older established dealerships that had bit the dust.   In other cases its a matter of people and business people with downright simple American ingenuity and work ethics

You have to take your hat off to them .

Contrast this to one established dealer who in conversation sometimes note “I learned to tell when the fellows at head office were lying to me .  How….” their lips were moving”.
