A large reading glass mounted under a disk can help you read the small print on a highways map.. Supported by a pivot, the glass swings into a pocket with foam and keeps it clean. A truck clearance lamp clumped to the swinging arm throws light on the map. A lead can be rung to the hot side of the ignition switch. For some cars you will have to vary the installation depending on the brand and type of instrument panel.
