Plastic impreginated fabric is ideal for repairing rusted-out automobile bodies. Dipped into solvent, the fabric bonds itself onto the metal. A paste set over the fabric sets to metal like hardness.
To do the job yourself you can buy a kit at your local Canadian Tire store. The kit should include fabric, solvent , metallic putty. a special brush and instructions.
If you do not have a paint sprayer – borrow or rent one for the job.
